Program News for 2022-2023
Nursery – Our youngest congregants, infants – age 5, are again welcome in our FUUFHC nursery. Parents/guardians can drop off after 10:15 am and must pick up students by 11:45 am.
1st – 8th grade – There will be three kinds of Sundays for our elementary students:
- Multigenerational – approximately once a month, we will offer a fully multigenerational service where all children and youth are welcome to stay for the duration. We will be introducing exciting Wisdom & Wonder in Worship kits this year for folks of all ages to experience and enjoy. These kits have multiple hands-on activities designed to enrich the worship experience.
- Super Sundays – once a month, the K-12th graders will start at 10:30 am in Dodd Hall for a thematic Super Sunday, during which we will celebrate holidays, engage in fun games/activities, and work together on a social justice project.
- RE Classes – Students will begin in the Sanctuary for the remaining Sundays of the month and stay until the Wisdom & Wonder component. After, they will leave for Dodd Hall to engage in classes.
9-12th grade – This year has many options for the high school youth, including Coming of Age and Youth Group, which will be held on Sunday afternoons. On Sunday mornings, youth have the following options:
- Enjoy service with their families online or in person
- Work in the Nursery
- Assist with the elementary RE classes
