Multigenerational Introduction to Yoga & Meditation, Weekly beginning February 7 at 7 p.m.

This course will begin on Monday, February 7, at 7 p.m. and will run weekly through the rest of the program year. Led by congregant Anne E., this all ages program will introduce and explore a wide range of meditation techniques, combined with a yoga flow that will be adaptable for all ages and ability levels. The first class, on Monday 2/7, will be ZOOM ONLY so that we can start with an introduction and foundation to the program, as well as gauge participants’ interest in having a hybrid format where we could meet simultaneously both in person and via Zoom.
